ONLINE ORDERING
You can start anywhere you’d like! Feel free to browse our products or categories to see what is available. When you’re ready to purchase, click Check Out within your Cart in order to create an account or check out as a guest and then finish your order.
You can be fully assured that our website is a secure website. Your personal information including credit card number, is transmitted over the Internet via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted session. This method ensures that only the person who you choose to send information to is the person that sees it.
An order confirmation email will be sent within minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive an email, please call customer service at 1-833-627-5978 and a representative will be happy to assist. You can also check your credit card/PayPal account online to see if you have any pending charges.
At this time, Tax Exempt customers must call or email our customer service department (info@markwahlbergoutdooradventures.com) to place their order. You will be asked to show your valid Tax Exempt certificate in order to be set up and have any future orders processed. Tax cannot be removed from any orders prior to the certificate being authorized.
Currently, we do not offer financing options as a form of payment.

SHIPPING
Our products are delivered in either branded boxes or branded bags. We currently do not offer any plain boxes for shipping.
Packages are shipped Monday through Friday. Our packages will be delivered via USPS and can be tracked in your account or through the tracking link you’ll receive in your email.
Items will be combined into one package if possible.
Currently, we ship products with a flat rate of $9.99 per order. Additionally, we offer free shipping for orders over $50.00.

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return an item.
To begin the return process, please visit https://markwahlbergoutdooradventures.com/returns with your order number, products you’d like to return, and a brief description of why you’re returning the item(s).
Of course, all products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box. The cost of Return Shipping will be covered at no cost to our customers on all returns. At the point of the return being received by our team, a refund will be processed (if applicable) and the funds will arrive via the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

The new exchanged product will be shipped out once processed at no additional cost.
In the case of items purchased as gifts during the holiday season, we do extend our return policy from the standard 30 days through the end of January. You can purchase at any time before Christmas with the peace of mind that the person for whom you bought will have a stress-free return time frame.
